Global Stainless Industrial are specialist fabricators of torispherical and hemispherical domes, dished and flanged ends. Our coded and non-coded domes are fabricated in various thicknesses and material types for diverse uses including duplex stainless steel pressure vessels, pharmaceutical tanks, vacuum vessels, manure spreader tanks, plastic moulds, cement silo ends, marine buoys, dome bottom silos, air receivers, and pipe end caps.
Global Stainless manufacture custom made domes for engineers and fabricators, and can offer ASME VIII and AS1210 certification. Our specialty is in double curve forming stainless steel which includes bends, domes, hemispheres and spheres. All products are quality inspected in our workshop prior to dispatch, typically including ultrasound thickness testing, dimensional checks and verification reports by SGS M&I.
We are also able to provide knuckling and polishing.

A: We specialise in manufacturing dome ends so can produce them quicker than imported. Generally we can make one in 1 - 2 weeks.

A: Our torispherical domes can be manufactured from 100-3000mm in diameter and thicknesses up to 10mm stainless steel or 12mm carbon steel.
